My Approach
Not every problem can be solved in a therapist’s office—and not every person responds to traditional models of care. My work is designed for people and families navigating complexity: mood disorders, psychiatric crises, emotional volatility, medical fragility, or long-standing patterns that don’t respond to insight alone.
What I offer is not one-size-fits-all. I think critically, collaborate openly, and tailor each engagement to the actual situation—not the idealized version of it. I know how to sit with things that are chaotic, high-stakes, or hard to name. I also know how to help people move forward even when they’re overwhelmed, unmotivated, or actively resisting support.
You won’t be flooded with jargon or told to "just hold boundaries" without a plan. I’ll help you understand the deeper logic behind what’s happening—psychologically, behaviorally, and systemically—and I’ll help you respond in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
Whether I’m working with an individual in therapy, coaching parents through crisis, or consulting on a high-risk case, I bring the same core approach:
Clarity over chaos
Structure without rigidity
Accountability with compassion
A deep respect for each person’s reality—even when it’s messy, frightening, or out of step with the norm
If you're looking for someone who can meet intensity without being overwhelmed by it, hold nuance without getting lost in it, and offer guidance that’s both grounded and actionable—you’re in the right place.
