Individual therapy
Therapy should feel useful, grounding, and tailored to the complexity of your life—not generic or performative. I work with adults and young adults who are navigating psychiatric intensity, emotional volatility, or chronic overwhelm, many of whom have felt misunderstood or dismissed in previous treatment. I offer something different: clarity, containment, and a space to think strategically about what’s actually happening and how to move forward.
Therapy may focus on:
Making sense of mood shifts, impulsivity, or emotional chaos
Interrupting cycles of avoidance, withdrawal, or self-sabotage
Navigating psychiatric treatment, medication ambivalence, or trauma responses
Exploring identity and accountability with nuance, not shame
Building internal leadership: being able to hold distress without collapse
Working in the gray areas—where diagnoses blur and meaning still matters
Untangling patterns that keep you stuck while preserving what makes you you
